为了提高对汽车缸套的无心外圆磨外径加工的加工精度和加工效率,设计了一套针对汽缸套外径的在线监测和上下料机构,采用了电涡流传感器来进行在线监测缸套外径尺寸,在达到尺寸要求时,自动报警,上下料机构自动地将已加工好的汽缸套从工位移开。详述了外径测量方案与系统程序,并分析了可能导致检测误差的相关因素。
為瞭提高對汽車缸套的無心外圓磨外徑加工的加工精度和加工效率,設計瞭一套針對汽缸套外徑的在線鑑測和上下料機構,採用瞭電渦流傳感器來進行在線鑑測缸套外徑呎吋,在達到呎吋要求時,自動報警,上下料機構自動地將已加工好的汽缸套從工位移開。詳述瞭外徑測量方案與繫統程序,併分析瞭可能導緻檢測誤差的相關因素。

In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of machining of cylinder liner, the online measurement with feeding and unloading device is invented, in which eddy current sensor is used for measuring the external diameter of cylinder liner. When the diameter meet a specified size, the feeding and unloading device move off the cylinder liner from the machining position automatically. This paper discusses the measuIement scheme and system control program, and analyzes the factors which possibly produce error.
