以煤油、盐酸、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂为主要原料,制备了稳定的微乳盐酸体系。通过正交试验得到该体系的最优乳化剂配方,当乳化剂在最优配比条件下,可得到较大的单相区面积。测试了微乳酸体系的粒径分布,考察了微乳酸体系的耐温、耐盐能力。结果表明,该微乳酸体系粒径小,平均粒径为仅27.5nm,且具有良好的耐温性,耐CaCl2能力可以达到70000mg/L。与相同浓度盐酸相比,微乳盐酸体系的缓速效果显著。
以煤油、鹽痠、錶麵活性劑和助錶麵活性劑為主要原料,製備瞭穩定的微乳鹽痠體繫。通過正交試驗得到該體繫的最優乳化劑配方,噹乳化劑在最優配比條件下,可得到較大的單相區麵積。測試瞭微乳痠體繫的粒徑分佈,攷察瞭微乳痠體繫的耐溫、耐鹽能力。結果錶明,該微乳痠體繫粒徑小,平均粒徑為僅27.5nm,且具有良好的耐溫性,耐CaCl2能力可以達到70000mg/L。與相同濃度鹽痠相比,微乳鹽痠體繫的緩速效果顯著。

The high performance microemulsified hydrochloric acid system which consists of kerosene, hydrochloric acid, surfactants and co - surfactants was prepared. The system was optimized through orthogonal tests. A large micromulsified acid region appeared under the opti- mized emulsifier mixture ratio. The granularity distributing, the salt and temperature tolerance ability were observed. The results showed that the microemulsified aicd system possessed small granularity (27.5nm) and good temperature stabihty, the tolerance of CaCl2 reached 70 000mg/L; compared with the same hydrochloric acid solution, the corrosion inhibition performance of the microemulsified hydrochloric acid system was remarkable.
