以纳米水滑石及其焙烧产物作为润滑油添加剂,采用四球摩擦试验机测定其摩擦学性质,利用光学显微镜观察摩擦表面磨斑情况。研究结果表明:基础油中加入纳米水滑石及其焙烧产物能够显著降低摩擦副表面粗糙度,减少摩擦阻力;焙烧产物以0.2%质量分数添加时,抗磨减摩性能最好,摩擦系数由0.075降低至0.065。
以納米水滑石及其焙燒產物作為潤滑油添加劑,採用四毬摩抆試驗機測定其摩抆學性質,利用光學顯微鏡觀察摩抆錶麵磨斑情況。研究結果錶明:基礎油中加入納米水滑石及其焙燒產物能夠顯著降低摩抆副錶麵粗糙度,減少摩抆阻力;焙燒產物以0.2%質量分數添加時,抗磨減摩性能最好,摩抆繫數由0.075降低至0.065。

The trihological properties of nano - hydrotalcites and its calcined materials were investigated by using four- hall friction and wear tester. The wearing spot of the worn surface of the steel ball were observed by means of optical microscope. The results showed that nano- hydrotalcites and its calcined materials as an additive of base oil earl reduce observably surface roughness of tribo - couple and reduce fric- tional resistance. The friction coefficient could decrease from 0.075 of base oil lubricating to 0.065 of addition of 0.2% (mass fraction) calcined materials. The anti- wear and anti- friction abilities were the best.
