孔子对其核心观念"仁"的种种直接和间接的解说,看似矛盾实则自洽。在孔子这里,言说始终指向行动,断章式的表述恰意味着背后意义网络的整体。达道的不易造成了表述的艰难和谨慎。慎言的限度体现在留白和正名两方面,留白正是正名的前提。始终不断言说的同时也坚守着不言的原则,两者之间的平衡方可更为切近观念本身。而这一点,贯穿着孔子的所有话语,譬如"政"、"君子"等等。这也是我们在解释《论语》时务必注意到的地方。

공자대기핵심관념"인"적충충직접화간접적해설,간사모순실칙자흡。재공자저리,언설시종지향행동,단장식적표술흡의미착배후의의망락적정체。체도적불역조성료표술적간난화근신。신언적한도체현재류백화정명량방면,류백정시정명적전제。시종불단언설적동시야견수착불언적원칙,량자지간적평형방가경위절근관념본신。이저일점,관천착공자적소유화어,비여"정"、"군자"등등。저야시아문재해석《론어》시무필주의도적지방。
It seems that the all direct and indirect interpretations on"ren"are both contradictory and consistent.Here,discourse simultaneously means corresponding behaviors.The fragments of description also direct the whole meaning network.The difficulty of understanding"tao"results in the careful sayings.And the limitation of discourses reflect both space reservation and nominal rectification.The former is the premise of the latter.The balance between always saying and always no-saying leads to the deep understandin~ of the concepts themselves.This is what we should t~av attention to when we read The Analects.
