"One Big and Four Small" ecological project was an important measure made by Jiangxi Provincial Committee of CPC and Jiangxi Provincial Government,in order to speed up the construction of ecological Jiangxi,to promote the province's economic and social development.The connotation and the necessity of "One Big and Four Small" ecological project were described;the measures that how to better implement this ecological project were analyzed,and further some countermeasures promoting "One Big and Four Small" ecological project were put forward.
