从改变分子链的结构入手,采用多元共聚、分子内及分子间交联的方法来提高合成的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PM—MA)产品的耐热性能和力学性能,并通过产品尾线添加助剂方式进一步提高产品的耐热性能.作者着重讨论了丙烯酸乙酯(EA)的加入对产品起始热分解温度的影响,所合成的产品的耐热性能达到了目标产品的要求.

The heat resistance and mechanical performance of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) products was im-proved through the changing structure of the molecular chain, using multivariate copolymerization, intramolecular and intermolecular crosslinking methods. Furthermore, heat resistant performance of product was further improved through adding auxiliaries in the product tail. Influence of initial thermal decomposition temperature after adding ethyl acrylate (EA) to the product was emphasized. The heat resistance performance of the synthetic product reaches the requirements.
