目的:探讨联合口服伐昔洛韦及窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选择带状疱疹患者61例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用口服伐昔洛韦(维德思)及NB-UVB照射联合治疗,对照组单口服伐昔洛韦治疗,研究分析其治疗效果。结果:两组之间痊愈率及有效率均有显著性差异(P〈0.05),治疗组在皮损好转时间、水疱结痂时间及疼痛缓解时间比对照组明显缩短(P〈0.01),治疗组患者的带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率比对照组明显减少(P〈0.05)。结论:口服伐昔洛韦及NB-UVB照射联合治疗带状疱疹疗效好,其疗效明显优于单用带状疱疹治疗,不良反应亦轻微。

목적:탐토연합구복벌석락위급착보중파자외선(NB-UVB)치료대상포진적림상효과。방법:선택대상포진환자61례,수궤분위량조,치료조채용구복벌석락위(유덕사)급NB-UVB조사연합치료,대조조단구복벌석락위치료,연구분석기치료효과。결과:량조지간전유솔급유효솔균유현저성차이(P〈0.05),치료조재피손호전시간、수포결가시간급동통완해시간비대조조명현축단(P〈0.01),치료조환자적대상포진후유신경통발생솔비대조조명현감소(P〈0.05)。결론:구복벌석락위급NB-UVB조사연합치료대상포진료효호,기료효명현우우단용대상포진치료,불량반응역경미。
Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of valacyclovir in combination with narrow- band ultraviolet B( NB - UVB) phototherapy in the treatment of Herpes Zoster Methods: 61 patients diagnosed and classified with Herpes Zoster are randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received oral valacyclovir in combination with NB - UVB phototherapy while control group received oral valacyclovir only. Results: The difference in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈 0.05), The time of the skin lesions improving, incrustation, pain relieving of patients in treating group was all shorter than in the controlled(P 〈 0.01 ) , and incidence of residual neuralgia obviously reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Valacyclovir in combination with NB - UVB phototherapy is effective in the treatment of Herpes Zoster, its clinical efficacy is significantly better than oral valacyclovir alone, with a lower rate of adverse events.
