目的：观察穴位注射联合红光照射治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法：将突发性耳聋患者88例（89耳）随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组44例（45耳），对照组为44例（44耳）。对照组常规应用金纳多、三磷酸腺苷及地塞米松等药物，10日为一疗程。实验组在对照组的基础上，于耳门、听宫、听会三穴行局部注射，同时联合患侧耳部红光照射，隔日1次，疗程结束后观察两组疗效。结果：实验组总有效率82．2％；对照组总有效率63．6％。经统计学分析，两组有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：穴位注射联合红光照射较单纯药物治疗突发性耳聋的效果更好。
목적：관찰혈위주사연합홍광조사치료돌발성이롱적료효。방법：장돌발성이롱환자88례（89이）수궤분성실험조화대조조，실험조44례（45이），대조조위44례（44이）。대조조상규응용금납다、삼린산선감급지새미송등약물，10일위일료정。실험조재대조조적기출상，우이문、은궁、은회삼혈행국부주사，동시연합환측이부홍광조사，격일1차，료정결속후관찰량조료효。결과：실험조총유효솔82．2％；대조조총유효솔63．6％。경통계학분석，량조유통계학의의（P〈0．05）。결론：혈위주사연합홍광조사교단순약물치료돌발성이롱적효과경호。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of the acupoint injection combined with red light irradiation in the treatment of the sudden deafness. Methods: 88 patients(89 ears)with sudden deafness were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. 44 ears of the control group were treated with ginaton, ATP and dexamethasone routinely, the time of treatment was 10 days. Based on the above treatment, 45 eats of the treatment group were treated with acupoint- injecion at the points of Ermen, Tinggang and Tinghui, combined with red light irradation on the same ears once every other day. Result: The total effective rate was 82.2% in the treatment group and 63.6% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: For treating sudden deafness, the acupoint injection combined with red light irradiation shows better therapeutic effects than the medicine used only.
