以近红外光谱技术为监测手段,研究小鼠皮下肝移植瘤激光热疗过程中病变组织光学参数变化规律。建立病变组织温度和光学参数的数学模型以指导激光热疗,并通过术后病理切片验证热疗效果。试验结果表明,利用近红外光潜技术监测病变组织的光学参数变化可对激光热疗实现实时监测。

The variation of optical parameters in subcutaneous implanted rat liver cancers during laser induced themlotherapy (HIT) have been investigated with the method of near infrared spectroscopy technology ( NIST). A mathematical model of tenrperature and optical parameters for diseased tissue has been established to guide LITT. The therapeutic effects are confirmed with postoperative pathologic. The experimental results show that NIRST is useful to achieve real - time monitoring iu LITT with monitoring the changes of the reduced scattering coefficients.
