瞳孔孔径动态变化情况的测量在医学中具有重要应用。由于视频图像采集过程中,瞳孔不可避免的会被眼睑、睫毛等遮蔽,此时的瞳孔孔径只能采用图像处理的方法进行估计。本文考察了数字曲率算法中几个主要参数的选择对瞳孔孔径估计准确性的影响。结果发现,当瞳孔可见部分大于20%时,选择合适的窗口长度和曲率阈值,获得的瞳孔孔径具有很高的准确性。而当瞳孔可见部分小于20%,无论参数如何选择,获得的瞳孔孔径都存在较大的误差。

The pupillary fluctuation behavior has important medicinal application. Pupil may be oecluded by eyelids and eyelashes during acquiration of a pupillary, video. Within this condition, pupillary diameters can only be estimated by means of digital image processing. We analyzed the influence of parameters in digital curvature algorithm on estimation of pupillary diameter. The results showed that the presented method had a high accuracy in pupil fitting with proper window length and curvature threshold when the pupil visible part was more than 20%, but when the pupil visible part was less than 20%, there was a large, error in any case.
