设计了一种基于FPGA的嵌入式医用内窥镜摄像系统。分析了医用内窥镜摄像系统的设计要点,针对目前这类系统依赖计算机的特点,提出了一种可以脱离计算机的系统设计方案。该系统以FPGA芯片为核心,通过SOPC(片上可编程系统)技术在单片FPGA内嵌入NiosⅡ软核处理器,实现医用内窥镜摄像系统的构建。提出了一种基于滑动窗的色差插值算法,实现YCbCr4:2:2格式到YCbCr4:4:4格式色彩重采样,能有效地减小色彩失真。实验结果表明,该系统实现了图像冻结、图像回放、实时显示等。该系统具有电路结构简单,体积小,廉价,设计灵活等特点。

An embedded medical endoscope camera system based on FPGA is proposed in this study. The key issues in designing of the medical endoscope camera system are analyzed. In consideration of the inseparability between the traditional medical endoscope camera system and PC, a kind of the endoscope camera system based on a FPGA chip is designed. Embedded Nios Ⅱ processor in a single FPGA based on SOPC (system on a programmable chip) technology is applied in the system. A color interpolation algorithm based on a sliding window is discussed in detail. It is used to convert the format fromr CbCr4: 2:2 to YCbCr4:4:4. Experiments show that this algorithm can effectively reduce the color distortion. Several parts of the work have been accomplished, including image freezing and playback, image data real - time display and storage and so on. This system is demonstrated to be structural simplicity, low cost, space saving, and high design flexibility.
