提出用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法分析窄边对跖脊波导的主模带宽。通过对长边对跖脊波导带宽的分析及与相关文献报道结果的比较验证了FDTD方法分析波导带宽问题的有效性;用FDTD方法计算了脊位置、脊宽及脊高变化对窄边对跖脊波导主模带宽的影响,计算结果表明:与传统的对跖脊波导相比,窄边对跖脊波导减小了单模带宽。

The finite- difference time- domain (FDTD) method is applied to analyze the bandwidth of the dominant mode of the short side antipodal- ridge waveguide, the numerical results have been compared with ones reported in the literatures, which has demonstrated the efficiency of FDTD method. The bandwidth of the dominant mode of the short side antipodal- ridge waveguide has been calculated,and the law of the dominant mode bandwidth has been obtained when the ridge position, the ridged width, and the ridged height vary. Comparing with the conventional long side antipodal - ridge waveguide, there is a minimum bandwidth in the short side antipodal- ridge waveguide.
