采用环境友好型催化剂——硅胶支载氯磺酸,催化水解京尼平苷制备京尼平,探讨了反应溶剂、催化剂用量对水解反应的影响,考察了催化剂的重复利用性能.此方法具有催化产率高、催化剂容易回收再利用、条件温和、不污染环境、操作步骤简单等特点.

Silica- supported Chlorosulfonic acid, environmental -friendly catalyst, was used to synthesize Genipin from Geniposide by hydrolization. The influence of reaction solvent and the amount of catalyst on the hydrolysis reaction was discussed. And the reused properties of catalyst were studied. The method has the characteristics of highly catalytic yields, recycled catalyst, mild conditions, no pollution and simple steps.
