主要采用文献资料法从日本政府、足协对女子足球运动员发展的规划、运动员的培养模式、俱乐部的竞赛机制等方面入手,对日本女子足球运动员的培养机制进行深入研究。主要结论：在政府多年来的重视和投入基础上,日本建立了以学校为载体,广大中小学生为生源,拥有高水平教练员队伍的各种女子足球俱乐部,同时建立了健全的培养模式和完善的竞赛机制。在此基础上发展、完善了日本女子足球职业联赛。带给我们的启示：提高足球普及程度;把学校作为足球运动发展的载体;金字塔式的运动员培养体系日趋完善等。

Mainly in document-data method,this article has an intensive study on the cultivation mechanism of Japanese women football players,starting with Japanese women football players' development plan made by its government and football association,players' cultivation models and its club competition mechanism.Major Conclusion: Based on the government's attention and investment,Japan has owned different kinds of women football clubs with high-level coaches,each was supported by schools and provided with primary and secondary school students.At the same time,healthy cultivation model and complete competition mechanism have been established.Then a professional soccer tournament is naturally improved.Revelation enlightenment: to improve the penetration of football;to make schools as the carrier of football development;to improve the pyramid player cultivation system.
