为了完善断层破碎带巷道维修方法,以注浆加固理论为基础,通过注浆材料配比实验,分析不同体积配比条件下,水泥水玻璃与凝固时间、抗压强度的关系,确定水泥水玻璃体积比为1∶0.4的注浆加固最佳配比方案。根据现场实际情况,提出了利用注浆加固技术、U型钢梁棚和喷射混凝土相结合的巷道维修方案,成功解决了现场问题。该研究对于类似矿井的断层破碎带巷道维修具有借鉴意义。

Aimed at improving mine roadway repair in fault fracture zone,this paper,building on grouting reinforcement theory and the experiments of grouting material ratio,presents an analysis of the relation between the geling time and cement-water-glass in different volume ratio conditions,and an analysis of the relation between the compressive strength and cement-water-glass in different volume ratio conditions.The paper features the best volume ratio of cement-water glass of 1:0.4 for grouting reinforcement,offers the mine roadway repair scheme tailored to the grouting reinforcement by combining U-shaped shed with shotcrete according to the practical conditions,and provides a better solution to on-site problems.The research has reference to repairing similar mine roadway with fault fracture zones.
