[目的]探究水牛泌乳性与乳腺组织的关系。[方法]采用组织切片及显微照相研究摩拉水牛和摩×尼×本三元杂水牛泌乳期的乳腺组织。[结果]泌乳期水牛乳腺结缔组织和脂肪组织较少,腺泡较多。泌乳水牛乳腺组织占62.8%,结缔组织占7.6%,脂肪组织占19.6%。摩拉水牛乳腺小叶区域的乳腺泡数量范围为80~150个/mm2,直径范围为50~100μm。摩×尼×本三元杂水牛泌乳后期乳腺小叶区域的腺泡数量范围为50~100个/mm2,直径范围为50~150μm。[结论]乳腺腺泡数及大小是影响水牛泌乳量的重要内在因素。

[목적]탐구수우비유성여유선조직적관계。[방법]채용조직절편급현미조상연구마랍수우화마×니×본삼원잡수우비유기적유선조직。[결과]비유기수우유선결체조직화지방조직교소,선포교다。비유수우유선조직점62.8%,결체조직점7.6%,지방조직점19.6%。마랍수우유선소협구역적유선포수량범위위80~150개/mm2,직경범위위50~100μm。마×니×본삼원잡수우비유후기유선소협구역적선포수량범위위50~100개/mm2,직경범위위50~150μm。[결론]유선선포수급대소시영향수우비유량적중요내재인소。
[Objective]This research was designed to explore the relationship between milking characteristics and mammary gland. [Method]Mammary gland in lactation from Murrah and Murrah × NiliRavi × Local buffaloes with histologic section and micrography was conducted in this paper. [Result]The results shown here were less connective tissue and adipose tissue, and more alveoli in mammary gland of lactation. The proportion of mammary tissue, connective tissue and adipose tissue were 62.8%, 7.6% and 19.6%,respectively. The number of alveoli was from 80 to 150 per mm2 of lobule and the diameter of alveoli was 50 μm to 100 μm for Murrah. The numbers were from 50 to 100 and from 50μm to 150 μm in Murrah)〈NiliRavi× Local buffalo of late lactation, respectively. [Conclusion]It was important for milking field that alveoli of mammary and diameter of alveoli.
