应用PAMSTAMP数值模拟仿真功能,研究了不同压边力及分步成形对椭圆钣金件拉深成形的影响,解决了拉深成形过程中的缩颈及开裂缺陷,通过计算机仿真,获得了最佳的工艺参数和工艺流程。

Based on the numerical simulation with PAMSTAMP software, the influence of blank holder force and multi-step forming on the deep drawing forming of elliptic sheet-metal parts was analyzed. The necking down and cracking defects caused during deep drawing forming were solved. Optimal technological process and parameters were obtained by means of computer simulation.
