针对膜盒式机械密封膜盒存在疲劳裂纹的问题,以焊接膜盒为研究对象,在分析研究机械密封动力学模型的基础之上,提出了用增加阻尼来提高膜盒抗疲劳裂纹能力的方法,并给出了膜盒式机械密封阻尼设计规范,带阻尼的膜盒式机械密封通过了模态、振动试验和发动机热试车考核,并已应用到发动机的设计中。
針對膜盒式機械密封膜盒存在疲勞裂紋的問題,以銲接膜盒為研究對象,在分析研究機械密封動力學模型的基礎之上,提齣瞭用增加阻尼來提高膜盒抗疲勞裂紋能力的方法,併給齣瞭膜盒式機械密封阻尼設計規範,帶阻尼的膜盒式機械密封通過瞭模態、振動試驗和髮動機熱試車攷覈,併已應用到髮動機的設計中。

Taking fatigue crack of the welded metal bellows as an example, a method to add dampers to improve the capacity of the antifatigue cracks is presented based on the analysis of the dy- namic model for mechanical seal to overcome the fatigue crack existing on the welded metal bellows for mechanical seal. The design specifications of the welded metal bellows for mechanical seal are given in this paper. The mechanical seal structure with dampers has passed the modal test, vibration test and assessment of the engine hot test, and has been applied successfully to the actual projects.
