Local Cattle in Guyuan%crossbreed of limousin × local cattle%H-FABP Gene%slaughter trait%meat quality trait
[目的]本试验研究了固原本地黄牛及其利木赞牛杂交群体H—FABP—HaeⅢ位点多态性及其与屠宰性状和肉品质性状的关系,以期为固原本地黄牛下一步的杂交改良提供理论基础。[方法]利用PCR—RFLP技术分析了固原本地黄牛及其利杂群体H—FABP基因的多态性及其与屠宰性能和肉品质的关系。[结果]表明,2075bp的PCR产物片段被HaeⅢ限制性内切酶消化后呈现多态性,且两个群体在该位点均处于Hardy—Weinberg平衡状态,A/B等位基因的频率分别为0.7439/0.2561;0.7190/o.2810。与部分屠宰性状和肉品质性状关联分析。[结论]固原本地黄牛及其利杂群体H—FABP—HaeⅢ基因座B等位基因与优良肉品质性状相关。

[Objective]The polymorphism and association between H-FABP-HaeⅢ locus and slaughter and meat quality trait were studied in Guyuan and crossbreed of Limosin× local cattle, which would provide the theoretical basis for the further crossbreeding improvement of local cattle in Guyuan. [Method] PCR-RFLP was applied to analyze the polymorphisms of H-FABP gene in local cattle in Guyuan and crossbreed of Limosin × local cattle, and then the association with slaughter and meat quality traits bad been analyzed. [Result]The results showed that 2075 bp PCR products digested with Hae[11 demonstrated polymorphisms in local cattle in Guyuan and crossbreed of Limosin× local cattle which were all at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, the frequencies of allele A/B were 0. 7439/0. 2561 and 0. 7190/0. 2810, respectively. [Conclusion]The association between the polymorphisms of H-FABP gene and some slaughter traits and meat quality traits showed that the allele B was associated with the fine meat quality in local cattle in Guyuan and crossbreed of Limosin×local cattle.
