针对水溶液全循环法尿素装置蒸汽冷凝液的敞口式回收方式存在热能损失的问题,实施了以闭式带压回收方式替代敞口回收方式的节能技术改造。技改结果表明:节煤1053t/a,节能收益为6.3万元/a。

침대수용액전순배법뇨소장치증기냉응액적창구식회수방식존재열능손실적문제,실시료이폐식대압회수방식체대창구회수방식적절능기술개조。기개결과표명:절매1053t/a,절능수익위6.3만원/a。
In allusion to the problem that there was loss of heat energy in the open recovery mode of steam condensate in the urea plant with water solution full circulation method, technical reformation aimed at energy saving has been executed by closed recovery mode with pressure having replaced the open recovery mode. Technical reformation result indicates, 1 053 t/a of coal is saved , energy saving benefit is 630 000 Yuan RMB per year.
