介绍了新材料Safurex的耐腐蚀性能、机械性能和可焊接性能;简述了Safurex材料在尿素装置高压圈的应用情况。结果表明;①使用Safurex材料可提高尿素装置高压设备和管道使用寿命;②由于Safurex材料可在低氧或无氧情况下钝化,因而大幅减少了整个系统的加氧量,使CO2压缩机的蒸汽消耗减少了2%,降低了尿素装置的生产成本。
介紹瞭新材料Safurex的耐腐蝕性能、機械性能和可銲接性能;簡述瞭Safurex材料在尿素裝置高壓圈的應用情況。結果錶明;①使用Safurex材料可提高尿素裝置高壓設備和管道使用壽命;②由于Safurex材料可在低氧或無氧情況下鈍化,因而大幅減少瞭整箇繫統的加氧量,使CO2壓縮機的蒸汽消耗減少瞭2%,降低瞭尿素裝置的生產成本。

Author has introduced the anti-corrosion property, mechanical property and weldablity of the new material Safurex;has briefly described the application situation of Safurex material in the high pressure loop of urea plant. Result indicates that : ( 1 ) Using the Safurex material can increase the service life of high pressure equipment and piping in the urea plant; (2) Since the Safurex material can be passivated in low oxygen content or in no oxygen content, so the oxygen adding quantity is greatly decreased in whole system, it makes steam consume of CO2 compressor to be reduced by 2% , and the production cost for urea plant is decreased as well.
