介绍了煤制天然气项目的工艺流程及其甲烷化装置的反应原理;对比了分别采用Shell、KBR或Lugri煤气化技术方案时甲烷化装置的处理气量、循环量以及副产过热蒸汽产量。结果表明,在产品规模相同的情况下:①从投资角度分析,Shell方案甲烷化装置处理气量最大,但投资最高,KBR方案居中,Lugri方案最佳;②从运行成本角度分析,Shell方案副产蒸汽量最高,运行成本最低,其次是KBR方案,再次是Lugri方案。

Author has introduced the process flow for project of natural gas made by coal and the reaction principle of its methanation plant;has compared the treating gas quantity, circular quantity and super heated steam production by-produced for the methanation plant in case of separately using the technical schemes of Shell, KBR or Lugri coal gasification. Result indicates that in the situation of same scale of product : ( 1 ) Analyzing from point of view of investment, the treating gas quantity is maximal for methanation plant with Shell scheme, but the investment cost is the highest, the Lugri scheme is optimum, and the KBR scheme is secondary;(2)Analyzing from point of view of operation cost, the steam production by-produced is maximal with Shell scheme, but the operation cost is lowest, the secondly with KBR scheme and the lastly with Lugri scheme.
