兖矿鲁南化肥厂新建1×260t/h循环流化床锅炉和老系统2×130t/h循环流化床锅炉的烟气脱硫采用新型氨水洗涤法脱硫工艺。介绍了该工艺的脱硫机理、工艺流程及主要设备;简述了该工艺的技术特点和应用优势。结果表明,新型氨水洗涤法脱硫工艺与氮肥厂现有装置具有较好的适配性,脱硫净化后烟气中SO2浓度可减少为50mg/m^3,粉尘浓度小于30mg/m^3。

Desulphurization process with new type of ammonia water method was adopted for desulphurization of flue gas in the Yankuang Lunan chemical fertilizer plant where circularly fluidized bed boiler with a capacity of 1 × 260 t/h was newly built and circularly fluidized bed boilers with a capacity of 2 × 130 t/h have been built in the old system. Author has introduced the desulphurization mechanism of this process, the process flow and the main equipment ;has briefly described the technical features and application superiority for this process. Result indicates that:the desulphurization process of the new type of ammonia water washing method has better adaptability with the present device of the nitrogen fertilizer plant, SO2 concentration in the flue gas can be decrease to 50 mg/m^3 and dust concentration to less than 30 mg/m^3 after purification by desulphurization.
