为了解贵阳市猪场的寄生虫感染情况,采集7个规模化养猪场临床健康猪的新鲜血液、粪便和皮屑各350份,分别应用血推片法、饱和盐水漂浮法及沉淀法,检测附红细胞体、消化道和体表寄生虫。检测结果显示:附红细胞体病的感染率达59.14%(207/350);消化道寄生虫主要为蛔虫,感染率为27.71%(97/350);体表寄生虫主要为猪疥螨,感染率为23.71%(83/350)。感染猪经贝尼尔、驱虫净和伊维菌素治疗后,复查显示消化道和体表寄生虫治愈率均分别达100%(97/97)和100%(83/83),效果良好;而附红细胞体治愈率也可达73.42%(152/207),效果较好,表明上述药物可以用于临床健康规模化养猪场猪群的寄生虫病防治。
為瞭解貴暘市豬場的寄生蟲感染情況,採集7箇規模化養豬場臨床健康豬的新鮮血液、糞便和皮屑各350份,分彆應用血推片法、飽和鹽水漂浮法及沉澱法,檢測附紅細胞體、消化道和體錶寄生蟲。檢測結果顯示:附紅細胞體病的感染率達59.14%(207/350);消化道寄生蟲主要為蛔蟲,感染率為27.71%(97/350);體錶寄生蟲主要為豬疥螨,感染率為23.71%(83/350)。感染豬經貝尼爾、驅蟲淨和伊維菌素治療後,複查顯示消化道和體錶寄生蟲治愈率均分彆達100%(97/97)和100%(83/83),效果良好;而附紅細胞體治愈率也可達73.42%(152/207),效果較好,錶明上述藥物可以用于臨床健康規模化養豬場豬群的寄生蟲病防治。

To understand the parasite infection of Pig farm in Guiyang, so that we could prevent and cure them. We detected Eperythrozoon suis from 350 fresh blood by pushing film method, digestive tract parasites from 350 fresh feces by Saturated saline flotation method, and ectoparasites from 350 fresh dander by precipitation method. The results showed that the infection rate of Eperythrozoon suis was 59.14% (207/350) ; the infection rate of roundworm of gastrointestinal parasites was 27.71% (97/350) ; the infection rate of sarcoptid mite of ectoparasites was 23.71% (83/350). By Bemier, tetramisole and ivermeetin treatment, the review showed the cure rate of both digestive tract and ectoparasites reached 100% (97/97) ,100% (83/83)and Eperythrozoon suis was up to 73.42% (152/207). The effect is all good, so the drugs could be used for the prophylactic treatment of pig parasitic disease.
