通过对我国连续玄武岩纤维产业8大特征和4大技术瓶颈的简要分析，重点揭示了该新材料产业“绿色资源、高端创新”的特点及其发展走向；创新地提出了CBF是绿色产业，是我国的战略性创新材料的观点；阐述了它是关乎国家国防安全战略和促进国民经济升级换代的重要的基础材料；提出了该产业可持续发展和对我国后“十二五”发展纲要的一些建议。
通過對我國連續玄武巖纖維產業8大特徵和4大技術瓶頸的簡要分析，重點揭示瞭該新材料產業“綠色資源、高耑創新”的特點及其髮展走嚮；創新地提齣瞭CBF是綠色產業，是我國的戰略性創新材料的觀點；闡述瞭它是關乎國傢國防安全戰略和促進國民經濟升級換代的重要的基礎材料；提齣瞭該產業可持續髮展和對我國後“十二五”髮展綱要的一些建議。

This paper introduces eight characteristics and four technology bottle-necks of continuous basalt fiber industry in China, and proclaims the "green resource, high-end innovation" characteristic and the developing trend of this new material industry. The author innovatively put forward the viewpoint that CBF is a green industry and is a strategic creative new material in China, and expounded that CBF is an important basic material for national defense security strategy and promotes the upgrading of the national economy. Finally, the author presents some suggestions to the development of this industry and the twelfth "Five-year" plan in China.
