介绍在天然气供不应求的情况下,将快锅给水泵进行节能改造。将废旧的小功率的一台电动给水泵去代替了大功率的透平泵,节约了近5t/h的中压蒸汽,将生产5t/h的蒸汽所需的燃料气来作为原料气,增加了生产负荷;降低了生产成本。

This paper introduces the energy saving optimization reconstruction of feed water pump of fast boiler at natural gas supply and demand situation. The high - power turbo - pump was replaced by used low - power elec- tric pump,so that about 5t/h medium pressure steam saved, its fuel gas used as charge gas, produce load was increased, production cost reduced.
