精练棉纤维是一个去除杂质的过程,由于酶精练不但可减少纱线强度损失、提高纱线光滑性、提高织物吸收染料的能力,而且还更环保,现已逐步取代了传统的精练方法。通过试验,确定了酶精练的最佳反应环境和反应时间,为酶精练的进一步应用提供了参考。

The process of removing impurities during scouring was discussed. The reason that traditional scouring replaced by eco-friendly enzyme scouring which could reduce the loss of yarn strength, enhance the yarn' s smoothness and absorb more dyes was also presented. Optimized acting conditions and time were also obtained by trials which would provide references for further application.
