南京师范大学生命科学学院在“植物生物技术校内实训基地”建设中，根据学生兴趣、市场、课程、课题和专业人才培养需求等，合理进行区域分块和资源配置；在实训体系构建中，根据学生年级特点和课程、课题、专业需求，构建一至四年级的全程链式实训体系。经过两年的实践，在提高学生专业兴趣，锻炼学生动手、动脑能力，推进教学、生产、科研一体化方面取得了一定的成绩，提高了生物技术专业人才的培养质量。

In the construction of " Campus Training Base of Plant Biotechnology", the College of Life Science in Nanjing Normal University rationally makes regional block and distributes resource, according to students' interest, market, curriculum, project, and the needs of training professional talents, etc. ; in the construction of training system, the whole chain training system from Grade 1 - 4 is constructed according to the characteristics of students from different grades and the needs of curriculum, project and profession. Through two years'practice, it obtains good results in improving students' professional interest, training students'practical and thinking ability, and promoting the integration of teaching, production and research, and finally it improves the quality of training talents in biotechnology.
