研究认为增加钢煤斗的厚度可以减小钢煤斗的应力,但是对矩形钢煤斗研究较少。采用有限元软件ANSYS,通过添加表面效应单元的方法解决荷载施加的问题,并在考虑材料几何双非线性情形下研究矩形钢煤斗在不同厚度时的受力性能。研究表明厚度增加不会改变其最大Mises应力。

The research on steel coal scuttle shows that its stress would be reduced as its thickness increasing.But the research on rectangular steel coal scuttle is very little.Through the finite element software ANSYS,the problem of applying loads is solved by adding surface effect element,and the stress performance of the rectangular steel coal scuttle is researched by considering both materials and geometric nonlinearities.The research result shows that the maximal Mises stress would remain the same with the thickness added.
