城市部件普查是“数字城管”系统建设的基础，而部件普查数据的质量及可靠性直接关系到以后“数字城管”的运行，所以提供一个方便、快捷、可靠的部件普查数据录入程序是城市部件普查工作开展的基石，笔者以成都市双流县部件普查程序为例，介绍了利用AutoCAD二次开发技术开发部件普查数据录入程序的方法，给出了一种便于部件种类扩展的程序开发思路，以期对类似程序的开发提供一定的经验和借鉴．
