针对当前雨量监测和预警中存在的数据现势性差、准确性低的问题,以北京市西城区为例,建设由若干个监测点组成的自主雨情监测网络,并通过无线网络实时传输降雨量数据,摆脱了当前城市防汛监测和预警中对于气象数据的过分依赖,同时提高了监测的针对性和精确性。在此基础上研发了基于GIS的城市雨量实时监控系统,实现了城市雨情的丰富展现、图形空间分析、预警预报等功能,为城市防汛精细化管理提供可靠、准确的实时雨情信息支持。
針對噹前雨量鑑測和預警中存在的數據現勢性差、準確性低的問題,以北京市西城區為例,建設由若榦箇鑑測點組成的自主雨情鑑測網絡,併通過無線網絡實時傳輸降雨量數據,襬脫瞭噹前城市防汛鑑測和預警中對于氣象數據的過分依賴,同時提高瞭鑑測的針對性和精確性。在此基礎上研髮瞭基于GIS的城市雨量實時鑑控繫統,實現瞭城市雨情的豐富展現、圖形空間分析、預警預報等功能,為城市防汛精細化管理提供可靠、準確的實時雨情信息支持。

To solve the problem of low accuracy and delay of data provided by the current rainfall monitoring and warning system, this research, taking the Xicheng District of Beijing as sample, constructs the independent rainfall monito- ring network composed of a number of monitoring points, and transmit real - time rainfall data over the wireless network Therefore the city flood monitoring and warning system can get rid of the over - reliance on the meteorological data, and at the same time improve the relevance and accuracy of the monitoring. On this basis,we developed a real - time monitoring system based on GIS, which realized the rich show of rainfall of the city, picture - based spatial analysis and early warning and so on, thus provide reliable and accurate real - time rainfall information for urban meticulous management of flood
