采用有限元方法并结合ANSYS软件编制了吊柱结构的分析程序,实现了对结构的分析与模拟,为检验零部件荷载标准、校核支持结构的可靠性和提高接触悬挂的稳定性提供了工具和手段。结合工程实例,采用该方法制订了吊柱的改造设计方案,并验证实现了设计要求。

Introduces the compiling of the drop tubes structure analysis program by finite element method combined with ANSYS software.This program realizes the analysis and simulation of tube structure and simultaneously provides the tools and methods to test the load standard of components and to check the reliability of support structure as well as to improve the stability of OCS suspension.Combining engineering instance,this article used this method to develop the reconstruction design programme of the drop tubes,finally proven design requirements can be achieved.
