The evaluation system of American college teachers has formed a perfect system in the evaluation's subjects,evaluation's contents, evaluation's procedures and the use of evaluation's results,its main charactristics are four aspects performenced in the triangle principle of evaluation's methods, the classification of evaluation's standards, the strict regulation of evaluation procedurs,the representation and legal system.
