文章通过对社会指导员访谈及我校毕业生就业亲身经历反馈，以社会体育指导与管理羽毛球专项学生就业问题为视野，以毕业期择业适应性与现实中羽毛球社会指导员职责做对比研究，就社会体育指导与管理专业毕业生择业适应性问题，从教学、管理角度提出若干对策。

Through interviewing with social instructors and our school graduate employment experience feedback, taking badminton special social sports guidance and management students employment problem as vision,in the phase of the adaptability and reality of profession graduation badminton social instructor’s responsibility to do comparison research,this paper makes analysis on social sports professional graduates employment guidance and management adaptability problems,and puts forward some measurements from the point of view of teaching and management.
