了解和掌握安徽高校《国家学生体质健康标准》实施现状和测试不合格情况,为学校体育教学的改革和教育职能部门的决策提供参考依据。采用文献资料、社会调查、数理分析等方法,对安徽高校《国家学生体质健康标准》实施现状进行了研究,结果表明:安徽省75.3%的高校已经执行《国家学生体质健康标准》,2008年到2010年分别有9.87%、12.81%和12.94%的学生测试不合格,男生测试不合格的项目主要是肺活量体重指数,女生主要是50m和仰卧起坐,分析了学生测试不合格情况,建议要加大测试经费的投入,取消测试成绩与各种评估考核挂钩,提高测试仪器的质量,修改部分项目的及格标准。

The Understanding and knowing about Nattbna/Students" Hea/th Standard at Aaahui Universi- ties, its status of implementation and testing of failed conditions, which is for the reforment of physical educa- tion at school and the decision - making reference of educational sections. The u~ of literature, social surveys, mathematical analysis and other methods are adopted at Anhui Universities of theNational Students" Health Standard and its status of the implementation of the study. The results showed that 75.3 Percent of colleges and universities in Anhui Province have implemented theNational Students" Health Standard . From the year 2008 to 2010 the percentage was 9.87 Percent, 12.81 Percent and 12.94 Percent of the students failed the test. Boys failed mainly in the test of lung capacity with body ma~ index, while girls failed rrminly in the 50 - metre running and sit - ups. Analysis of the students failed the test situation helps put forward the sugges- tion on increasing the test input of funds, canceling the test scores and assessment linked to various assess- merits, improving the quality of test equipments, modifying the eligibility criteria to part of the project.
