随着我国对滨海旅游的重视，广西滨海旅游正面临大好机遇，有着广阔的发展前景。目前制约广西滨海旅游发展的主要因素有人才吸引力不足，高层次人才紧缺，人才结构不合理等方面，针对存在问题，提出滨海旅游应用型人才培养对策，以期能促进广西滨海旅游业的发展。
