could minimize the experiments and the amount of time, and staff input, by using orthogonal design to solve the multi -factor plant asexual reproduction in the multi -level problem. Starting from orthogonal experimental design, the orthogonal test process was elaborated. Then, The met hods of shortcut statistical analysis for plants related factors, indicators by using orthogonal test intuitive analysis and variance analysis in the asexual reproduction were descripted completely.
