改革开放以来,赣西老区小江西村的社会建设得到了一定发展,但由于自然环境、历史条件、社会经济条件等多种因素的影响,社会建设仍十分落后,社会事业发展滞后,社会管理服务水平低下,严重制约村民的收入增长和生活改善。加强小江西村社会建设,必须大力发展农村生产,促进村民增收,夯实经济基础,完善基础设施;加快教育、医疗卫生、文化、社会保障、就业等各项社会事业的发展,提高村民的生活质量;加强和完善社会管理服务,提高村民自我发展能力,保障村民安居乐业,促进农村社会全面进步。
