晚清幼儿师资职业化经历了立足于本土、不断积累、逐步获得突破的演进历程。本文梳理了晚清幼儿师资的来源,整理了清政府主动采取本土改造、"引进来、走出去"等措施培养幼儿师资的政策,描述了晚清有识之士从"女子无才便是德"到"兴女学"培育幼儿师资的立场转变,并介绍了晚清幼儿师资职业化发展的历程。
晚清幼兒師資職業化經歷瞭立足于本土、不斷積纍、逐步穫得突破的縯進歷程。本文梳理瞭晚清幼兒師資的來源,整理瞭清政府主動採取本土改造、"引進來、走齣去"等措施培養幼兒師資的政策,描述瞭晚清有識之士從"女子無纔便是德"到"興女學"培育幼兒師資的立場轉變,併介紹瞭晚清幼兒師資職業化髮展的歷程。

Teacher training and professionalism for early childhood education had experienced a difficult evolution in late Qing Dynasty.The Qing government adopted a series of policy including the integration of local resources,"bringing in" and "going out" for training preschool teachers.All these promoted the whole early childhood teachers' professionalism.This paper described the change of intellectuals'mind from "a woman's virtue to be ignorant" to "women should go to school be a qualified childhood teacher"and summarized the development of early childhood education and the professionalism of preschool teachers in late Qing Dynasty.
