文章以道路材料实验室为依托,通过中海油AH-70#基质沥青、布敦岩沥青(BRA)、SBS改性沥青混合料的对比试验,研究以干法掺入不同BRA掺量的改性沥青混合料的综合路用性能。结果表明:布敦岩沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温性能明显优于基质沥青混合料;当BRA掺量为3%时,混合料各项指标均已接近或达到了SBS改性沥青沥青混合料的性能,而当掺量从3%增加到4%时,混合料的高温性能、水稳性能均有所降低,因此,工程应用中的布敦岩沥青掺量宜在3%附近。

Relying on the road materials laboratory,and through the comparative test of CNOOC AH-70# base asphalt,Buton rock asphalt(BRA) and SBS modified asphalt mixtures, the article studied the comprehensive pavement performance of modified asphalt mixtures with the addition of different BRA admixture amount.The results showed that:the high-temperature stability,water stability and low-temperature performance of Buton rock asphalt mixtures were significantly better than the base asphalt mixtures;when BRA admixture amount was 3%,all indicators of the mixture were close to or reached the performance of SBS modified bituminous asphalt mixture,when the admixture amount increased from 3% to 4%,the high temperature performance and water stability performance of the mixture decreased,thus the admixture amount of Buton rock asphalt used in engineering should be around 3 %.
