针对地方院校汽车应用型人才培养的目标定位，从改革人才培养模式着手，构建汽车应用型人才培养模式新的专业知识、能力与素质结构，优化专业课程体系教学内容，探索新的课堂讲授与实践课相结合的汽车应用型专业特色的实践教学模式，并对强化“双师型”师资队伍的建设等问题进行了分析和探讨．
針對地方院校汽車應用型人纔培養的目標定位，從改革人纔培養模式著手，構建汽車應用型人纔培養模式新的專業知識、能力與素質結構，優化專業課程體繫教學內容，探索新的課堂講授與實踐課相結閤的汽車應用型專業特色的實踐教學模式，併對彊化“雙師型”師資隊伍的建設等問題進行瞭分析和探討．

In accordance with the target location of automobile applied talents cultivation, starting with reforming talents cultivation model, the paper discusses how to construct new professional knowledge, ability and quality structure of automobile applied talents cultivation, optimize professional curriculum system and teaching content, explore practical teaching models of combination between classroom instruction and practical course for automobile applied professional characteristics, and strengthen teaching staff construction of "double-teacher type".
