基于区域利益的相容性和冲突性两个维度诠释了产业转移中区域利益协调的内在机理，以广东省产业转移实践为例，梳理了产业转移中区域利益协调的主要做法，在此基础上提出了产业转移实践中进行区域利益协调应注意的相关问题。
