以甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOMA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 HEMA 为单体,通过添加甲基丙烯酸 MAA)、硅烷偶联剂改性纳米二氧化硅 nano-SiO 、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚2物(MBS)等制备低气味双组分丙烯酸酯胶粘剂 SGA ,并通过单因素法研究了各因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,当m IBOMA /m HEMA =5/1、w MAA =7%、w 改性nano-SiO =3%、2 w MBS =6%时,低气味SGA表现的综合性能较好。
以甲基丙烯痠異冰片酯(IBOMA)、甲基丙烯痠羥乙酯 HEMA 為單體,通過添加甲基丙烯痠 MAA)、硅烷偶聯劑改性納米二氧化硅 nano-SiO 、甲基丙烯痠甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚2物(MBS)等製備低氣味雙組分丙烯痠酯膠粘劑 SGA ,併通過單因素法研究瞭各因素對膠粘劑性能的影響。結果錶明,噹m IBOMA /m HEMA =5/1、w MAA =7%、w 改性nano-SiO =3%、2 w MBS =6%時,低氣味SGA錶現的綜閤性能較好。

Using isobornyl methacrylate(IBOMA) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) as the monomers, the two components acrylate adhesive (SGA) with high performance and low smell was prepared by adding methacrylic acid(MAA),silica nanoparticles modified with silane coupling agent (nano-SiO ) and methacrylate-butadiene-2 styrene(MBS) terpolymer,etc. The results show that the SGA with low smell presents good overall performance when the weight ratio of IBOMA/HEMA is 5/1,the MAA content is 7 wt%,the content of modified nano-SiO is 3 wt% and the2 MBS content was 6 wt%.
