当前公安边防部队警务实战训练工作存在诸多问题，部队训练水平失衡，教育培训欠缺，训练条件简陋，教学创新不足，训练针对性不强。公安边防部队应牢固树立向训练要警力的理念，全面掀起警务实战训练热潮；建立多途径的警务实战培训模式，大力改善边防部队训练环境；大胆进行警务实战教学改革，不断增强部队训练的实战性。

Now, the police practice training of the border - control forces of public security confronts many prob- lems, the training level is unbalanced, the lack of teaching and training, the training conditions are very poor, the innovation of teaching isn' t enough, the pertinence of training is weak. The public security frontier forces should firmly establish the theory of strengthen training to get more forces, unfold a great upsurge in training, establish mul- tiple pathways of mode of competitive training, greatly improving the training environment of the border troops; a bold reform of the police competitive training, continuously enhance the army competitive training.
