当前，国际意识形态争斗日趋激烈，国内各种社会矛盾日渐凸显，面对学生群体的变化和网络发展的挑战，必须实现高校思想政治工作由灌输型向疏导型转变、由单向教导向互动交往转变、由大众型向个性化转变，在思想政治工作中增加实践育人环节，通过心理疏导、个案社会工作、情感教育、自我教育等方法，增强高校思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。

For the past decades, the conflicts in ideologies in the international society have become severer, and at the same time, more and more domestic conflicts have been exposed. Facing such challenges, the traditional mode of political education in colleges must be changed to accommodate such huge changes, which should be paid more at- tention to the interaction and persuasion. Only by doing that, the efficiency of political education in colleges could be strengthened.
