使用远红外石墨炉加热法与沸水浴加热法检测土壤有机质,进行精密度、显著性差异及准确性检验。两种方法标准偏差(SD)均小于1.2,变异系数(CV)小于4%;两种方法无显著性差异;两种方法检测国标土样加标回收率均在95%~100%,能满足实验检测要求。同时两种方法检测的效率高,较油浴法安全环保,适宜快速批量检测。

Two methods of far-infrared graphite furnace heating and boiling water bath heating used to detect soil organic matter and to test the precision, significant difference and the accuracy of them. The standard deviation (SD) of two methods were less than 1.2, the coefficient of variation (CV) were less than 4%. Two methods have no significant difference. Sample recoveries were in the 95%-105%. They were all meet experimental testing requirements. At the same time, the two methods were high efficiency and safety and environmental protection compared with oil bath, suitable for fast batch testing.
