随着媒介技术的发展,信息传播环境日新月异。微博平台的出现从根本上改变着人们获取信息的方式、途径和比例,传统教师形象随之被消解。教师形象重构的主体是教师。积极体验微博的使用以提升媒介素养、利用基于微博平台建立的网络学习共同体以提升专业化水平、主动参与微博建构的公共领域话题的讨论,将有助于教师新形象的重构。
隨著媒介技術的髮展,信息傳播環境日新月異。微博平檯的齣現從根本上改變著人們穫取信息的方式、途徑和比例,傳統教師形象隨之被消解。教師形象重構的主體是教師。積極體驗微博的使用以提升媒介素養、利用基于微博平檯建立的網絡學習共同體以提升專業化水平、主動參與微博建構的公共領域話題的討論,將有助于教師新形象的重構。

The environment of information communication has been greatly changed with the development of media technology.The modes to acquire information have been totally changed since the emergence of Microblog.The teachers’ image has been deconstructed.And the reconstruction of the teachers’ image must depend on teachers themselves.The following ways will contribute to reconstructing the teachers’ new image: Improving teachers’ media literacy by using Microblog actively,promoting teachers’ professional abilities by network learning communities and playing an active part into the discussion of public sphere based on Microblog.
