氰基乙酰胺与溴化钠中的溴离子经氯气原位氧化溴化合成2,2-二溴-2-氰基乙酰胺,优化工艺条件为n(溴化钠):n(氰基乙酰胺)=2.05~2.5:1,反应温度为30~40℃,氯气通入速度控制反应时间40~60min完成。收率95%(以氰基乙酰胺计),产品含量99.5%(HPLC),产品经HMR、MS表征证明结构正确。

New process for preparing DBNPA was described in this article and the optimum of process conditions are obtained as follows:n(sodium bromide):n(cyanoacetamide) = 2.0 ~ 2.5:1,chlorine inlet speed is 3.5 ~ 4L /h,the reaction temperature is 30 ~ 40℃,reaction time 40 ~ 60 min.The yield was 95%(based on cyanoacetamide meter),product content of 99.5%(HPLC),The correct structure is proved by HMR and MS.
