本文提出了弹性体材料微观组织的微塑性变形是产生传感器非线性的原因之一的新观点。通过对载荷、微塑性变形、应变、输出之间的关系在原理上进行分析,探讨了弹性体材料微塑性变形对称重传感器非线性的影响规律以及进程输出曲线的形状特点,并指出控制钢材成份和改进热处理工艺以减少软质相是缩小非线性的途径。

This paper presents elastomer material microstructure micro plastic deformation is generated from the load cell nonlinear one of the reasons. On the basis of the load, the micro plastic deformation, strain, output in the relationship between the principle to carry on the analysis, discusses the elastomer material micro plastic deformation on weighing sensor nonlinear influences of process output curve shape characteristics, and points out that the control of the steel components and improve the heat treatment process to reduce the soft phase is to reduce the nonlinearity way.
