对H式集装箱装卸架的功能和结构进行了介绍,并对其在工作过程中的三种工况进行了受力分析。在此基础上,利用ANSYSWorkbench软件对H架的结构静力学性能进行了有限元分析,分别得到了三种工况下的应力和变形情况。分析结果表明,H架的设计符合规定,安全可靠。

In this article, the function and structures of CHU are simply introduced. Besides force analysis of three status at working process are also expatiated, and finite-element analysis on structural performance of Container Handling Unit (CHU) is executed with software ANSYS Workbench based on modem analysis computing method. Meanwhile the stress and the distortion are gotten on three work conditions of the CHU and show that the design of the CHU is sate and compliant with the requirements.
